Furneaux Lane Park

Fairly nice park in the neighborhood. The grounds are well kept and maintained. Overall, the park is in good condition for the community. The playground area is great for kids. There are trees throughout the park but not over the playground. The shade tents take care of that though. It's a great way to keep the little ones protected from the heat. There is a walking trail and the bridge is a picture perfect location for pictures. 😊 The parking lot is decent. There's rarely a need to hunt for a spot.

Well, actually, my Borzoi "Wish," got out and ran, then she took a rest in this segment called the Kids' Park which runs thru Carrollton. A nice couple with a toddler took the time to look at Wish's tags and called me with their location -- and kept Wish safe as I went to get her. It is a beautiful park which runs through Carrollton with picnic tables, outdoor cooking, stream of clear water, bridges, and people playing games, eating -- and now saving escapee show doggies!

Nice park, they have several tables that are open during weekdays for picnics. The grills need help though, we brought our own. The paths are well kept and it's nice to get away from the Dallas smog.

This is natural, fresh and clean environment, you can feeling relax and enjoy! Thanks all of you who cares about this place!
