The receptionist was very caring, I had, 4 one day old kittens, (3 girls1 boy) whose mother died at the hands of a loose pitbull, they instructed me on how to feed the kittens, how to stimulate them, and to keep them warm. I was so involved, I forgot to ask for their names, I had never in my life came across a team of people so wonderful and attentive. I was lost, and the clinic showed me how to care towards the kittens. I ended in here after going to the humane society. Thank you to these wonderful people. They taught me in 45 minutes how to be a foster parent to 4 orphaned kittens. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You are wonderful and I'm forever grateful.

Please beware of this place! Took our cat at night to the emergency room. For $300 they were going to do blood, x-rays and IV. None of which they ended up doing. They said it was just fume inhalation, turns out she had a virus after the next day we took her to our vet. They have a call center overseas, which seemed odd being is a local vet and was not busy it seemed. The lady in the front was noticeably lost and didn't even know how to process payment. Please do not risk taking your pets here. Find another option.

Friendly staff and very good service. I had to leave my dog several hours at the clinic for evaluation and the staff kept me informed of the medical procedures and cost all the time. I guess the prices were about right and I felt comfortable about it. I'll recommend Equus for your pet care. Even though walk in visits are welcome It will be rather a good idea to call for an appointment.

We had a pet emergency around 8:30pm and they were able to take us in and help out. They were super nice and attentive. They went through the pricing and the steps they would take with us so there would be no surprises. We got our pet and their medicines the next day. Overall, great experience!
