My 4 babies are calm when they go here, knowing that the staff will love and care for them!

They gave me my kitty in his carrier drenched in his urine. I’m guessing they left him in there after his surgery and didn’t even bother to take him out or at least put a pee pad on the carrier. The secretary had us waiting 30 minutes to pick him up, and she wasn’t even getting his paperwork ready- she was doing other patients’ paperwork as if we weren’t even there. Inconsiderate. How are you gonna leave a cat, recently operated, in his own urine? Absolutely terrible. Do not recommend. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because the price was reasonable, though the overnight stay wasn’t at all.

The professional staff were so helpful, dedicated, knowledgeable, and always keep you informed step by step of every procedure. Dr. Zoilaluz Rivera is the best treating my little girl with good care, a lot of love and few treats🐶 I'm very happy with the excellent services my little ones and myself always received every time we visit the office. That's why I always come back.

When we got there, I was told my dog was "next" and then three dogs were passed before mine. Three hours later I tell the assistant I had to leave and she tells me, for the third time, "but you're next". Really? Note: One of the assistants was not wearing a mask and was sneezing because "she's allergic to cat hair". Very unprofessional.
