(from Google)Fun day trip with the family, really nice views. There is a kids water park in the opposite side of the light house as well as some animals . The boats you can go in them and explore. They have golf carts than drive people up the big hill to get thebligjtbhousrvif needed for seniors or handicap person.
Absolutely stunning beach! If you're looking for a wave pool swimming experience THIS is the spot !!! You can park your RV for camping FREE of charge. ( note: there are no showers, electric or water hook ups,or bathrooms facilities on site ). If you're an adventurous person you'll LOVE this hidden gem. There is a wash station used to rinse the sand off your body, so technically you could shower there if you have a portable camping shower kit 😉. Enjoy!!!
Kids would have great fun playing on the model ships, the aquarium and exploring the ‘pirate caves’ . It’s a bit tacky but fun for adults too and there are great views from many viewpoints in the park and up at the lighthouse.
Great for kids and educational for the hole family, the price for entrance is a little high, thats why the 3 stars, food definitely not so good, but the rest is ok. I do see a lot of potential for a serious investors, just needs a restaurant and this could turn in to a gold mine.
Our 4yr old and 1yr old loved the aquarium and splash zone. Beautiful views all around. Lots of history. Definitely recommend bringing the family.
