Waiting for almost 4hrs a dock and no one picks up phone when calling customer

If you haven't been in caves before in a semi-truck it can be a little bit intimidating. These aren't bad, just take your time and you'll be fine. Signs are displayed throughout the caves to direct you to whatever place you are going to be picking up at. No cell phone signal once you're inside so make sure you have all the information you need to pick up a load. I loaded at Zoetis, got in and out pretty quick.

A little confusing to navigate, but once we found our docks, we were unloaded quickly. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful.

Fast unload. For those drivers who are confused.. Docks 9 and 10 require you to do a wide turn around the last pillar. Basically and over exaggerated Uturn. There is plenty of room though. 200 is straight thru the south entrance (straight ahead when coming in) follow the road untill the 2 direction merge to one 2 lane road. That is the very END of zoetis/pfzier. They WILL help you back in if you ask. - cave spotter working this place

Super nice people. The docks were very easy to back into. Don't go to sleep, though, because no-one will be bringing your bol to you when you're empty.
