The vet tech and vet were wonderful. The front desk were friendly. Discharge paperwork and vaccination summary print outs at check out automatically would have been appreciated. Other than that, overall very happy and will be returning for additional care. The vet tech was great! She was knowledgeable, good at her job, kind and patient with my afraid pup, and hilarious! We bonded over her flip cellphone and growing up in the 90s. Thank you for making me and the dog comfortable! What I appreciated most is I wasn't pressured into further diagnostic testing or treatment and was provided with good info without guilt. Vet also made cost saving suggestions in the meantime. It felt like genuine good business practice.

The best clinic in the area, truly helped my family and I through one of the hardest things we have ever had to go through! They are so informative, walk you through everything and make sure you are comfortable with what’s going on. We had to let go of our sweet baby kitty and they were so understanding and comforting. Even in the weeks following my animals passing we have felt the love and care they gave to our animal. Shout out to Dr. Lu, Sierra and (I’m sorry I can’t remember your name) the assistant with the colorful hair! Especially the assistant though, she made my daughter and I feel better during our appointment and I appreciate that so much during the worst time of our lives.

Dr. Clark is the BEST! Nicest, kindest people you will find. We started going there because they were close to our house. Now we have moved and make a 30 minute drive to their office because we don't want to go anywhere else!

I can’t say enough great things about this veterinary clinic! The entire staff is warm, kind, and genuinely compassionate. They always make me and my two dogs feel welcomed and cared for. Everyone takes the time to listen, explain, and show true concern for my pets’ well-being. It’s clear they really love what they do, and it shows in every visit. Highly recommend! 🐾
