They really take great care of my baby Mia. Show you what they do, the shots they give. They explain everything you need to do, food, vitamins what shampoo to use. I am so satisfied and happy.. The staff are great. 💯 will recommend .

Made a first time appt for my dog and was seen in less than a week. The building was easily accesible, clean, and spacious. The techs( Valerie n another female) were wonderful with my pet. They were kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. Dr. Troutmann was very attentive and thorough when trying to diagnose my dog who was having skin allergies. She was prescribed meds and is doing well now.

My husband and I were visiting from Pennsylvania and found an amazing stray that we wanted to adopt. In order for us to fly him out he needed to see a veterinarian to get his vaccines and health certificate. We called multiple local vets and no one could get us in. Not only were they able to get us in the same day, but they were the nicest people ever! They explained everything, took such great care of the dog and made it a pleasant experience for all of us. If I didn’t live so far away, this would be my dogs new veterinarian. If I could give them 10 stars, I definitely would! Great staff, great doctor and just an overall great experience!

Very great service I felt that my kitten was in the best of care and I will definitely be taking him back for this to be his primary Vet. The atmosphere was so friendly and the staff were all so helpful and comforting. I felt right at home and I’m so appreciative of their help & care

Staff is awesome and Dr. Trautman very understanding. I picked up a stray that got ran over by a car and they have been extremely careful and helpful. Right now she's boarded with them until Saturday for treatment. They are definitely on top of list for me!
