My experience with Esteriliza PR was excellent. I saw their ad on Facebook, contacted them via WhatsApp to schedule an appointment, they provided me with the information, and I called to make the deposit payment and confirm the final details. On the day of the appointment, they opened a little early to register the pets and treated everyone with respect and courtesy. They gave me a tag with a number that identified my cat, and I had to use that same tag to pick him up in the afternoon. I took the opportunity to also have my cat vaccinated. The veterinarian and veterinary technicians answered all my questions and concerns kindly. My feline son was lively when I picked him up, I paid the remaining balance, they gave me the vaccination/sterilization certificate, and we left. The facilities were nice and clean. The little feline recovered very well from his surgery and had no complications. I highly recommend them! From the first contact to the end, they were extremely good. Best of all, they have affordable prices and are conveniently located for everyone in the Arecibo region. A+++

Excellent. Clean, spacious place, attentive staff, and the doctor was available to answer questions and offer recommendations on recovery. I took two dogs in on the same day, and they both came out great. I have complete confidence in this team of technicians and veterinarians.

Let me explain my experience: honestly, everything was PERFECT because from the moment I saw the ad on Facebook and then contacted them via WhatsApp, they responded quickly, helpfully, and always... I made the appointment, we arrived early, the admission process was fast, I picked them up later in the afternoon, and that was it. I asked many questions, and they answered them ALL very kindly. They even told me that if I had any more questions, I should call them... 100%
