Was very pleased with my experience at Earthwise pet, very clean and organized store and noticed some healthier options than what I see at other pet shops, Ben helped me out with finding some things and was also friendly! You won't be disappointed shopping here

Earthwise is truly heaven on earth for all animals. Especially my sweet bernedoodle puppy Coqui! She loves going there for her grooming with Amber. Amber does a fabulous job, pays attention to detail, takes time to talk with the owner and explains what she will be doing step by step. She also has provided so much knowledge on how to better brush my bernedoodle. All of the staff at Earthwise are absolutely lovely. I always feel welcome and comfortable when going to the shop. They have plenty of healthy and yummy treat options and great toys. Overall a 10/10 experience. Thank you guys!

Amber did such an amazing job grooming my yorkie. She is honestly the best groomer I found in the Naperville area thus far. All of the staff at this Earthwise Pet location are so great but if you are specifically looking for a groomer then ask for Amber!

I cannot say enough great things about Earthwise Pet in Naperville—what a gem of a store! We went in hoping to find a few things to help our new puppy feel more at home, and ended up having the best experience. The whole team was wonderful, but Ben, the manager, truly stood out. He was warm, attentive, and so knowledgeable—it felt like chatting with a good friend who genuinely cared about our pup's well-being. We came home with a hide-and-seek plush toy, a treat-dispensing enrichment mat, and some natural chew sticks—and let me tell you, they were a huge hit. Our girls were instantly engaged and happy, and it was clear these were quality items chosen with care. The prices were surprisingly reasonable for such thoughtful, curated products. The store itself has such a welcoming energy, and it’s obvious the staff takes pride in what they do. It’s rare to find a place where you feel that level of genuine care and personalized service. We left not just with great products, but with the feeling that we’d found our pet store. We’ll definitely be back—and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Earthwise to other pet parents.

We’re glad our friends in the Cress Creek neighborhood recommended EarthWise Pet. We’re in West Highlands with other close by groomers however after our experience with the staff and master groomer Iana, we won’t take our miniature poodles anywhere else. Iana’s attention to detail is superb. We give her the reins and she never disappoints. We love it here!
