Kriser's Natural Pet

I took my Goldendoodle to Kriser's at Naperville for the first time and it was a great experience. Brittany was simply awesome. Her work was so flawless and detail oriented. We are definitely taking Millie back to her for grooming.

I have been coming to this store for almost ten years, I moved here in 2017 and they were one of the first shops I visited. I remember thinking it was like a luxury grocery store for animals. I’ve bought dog beds, cat beds, food, treats, and toys. When I worked at great harvest sometimes I’d come over and bring treats to the staff at krisers, they were always so unbelievably nice to me. I know they offer grooming and have done adoption events. I once fell in love with a pitty named Bonnie they had there for adoption, she was so unbelievably sweet. The staff is very attentive, and obviously big animal lovers. I really appreciate the advice they’ve given me over the years.

My 12 year old collie was treated wonderfully by Sylvia and all the staff at Kriser’s! He looks and feels amazing; we will definitely be returning.

Chloe is our groomer here and she is the best—especially with our high energy, never chill yorkie! I have taken my pets to Kriser's (multiple locations) for many years and was so grateful to have another great experience at this location.

I cannot recommend this Kriser’s location enough!! This is the closet place that sells my pup’s food (Farmina) so I am here frequently. All the employees are wonderful and helpful. Linda gave me a great first impression and she’s the reason I kept going back. My pup is 6 months old & I recently took her to this location to get her first groom. Chloe did SUCH an amazing job making her look so fluffy and soft. It’s been about 3 weeks & my pup’s hair is growing out so well, she still looks adorable!! Chloe had amazing customer service and made us feel comfortable leaving our pup with her. Again, I highly recommend this location and will be returning every single time!
