We cannot say enough good things about our experience with True Animal Vet. We have recently moved to the area, and they have provided the best care for Atticus. The clinic is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming. If you are looking for a caring veterinary team with excellent communication, I would highly recommend!

We’ve had an excellent experience with True Animal Vet. They first took great care of our two dogs, and now they’re also caring for our cat, Tirso. The team is always professional, attentive, and genuinely compassionate with our pets. You can tell they truly love animals and take the time to explain everything clearly. We feel confident and at peace knowing our pets are in such good hands. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring veterinary team.

Fantastic with large dogs! She is shy because it is the vet clinic after all, and they so a great job being patient. Ive left previous clinics because they will drag her to the back (i understand i can’t accompany her) and it just makes me feel horrible. Clean, large, friendly. Just like at a human doctor’s office, sometimes there is a wait & i appreciate that we aren’t rushed in our appointment. Bonus, the appointment hrs mean i don’t have to take time off work

We have been going to this vet since they opened and have seen nearly all of the vets there. They are wonderful and caring. Our boy had to cross the rainbow bridge yesterday and Dr. Scaletti and the tech who took care of him were the most compassionate, loving, and caring humans to us and our pup. We were taking to a room immediately. We were given all the information and given a safe space to make sure he was comfortable. They gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye before and after. This was our first time having to make this decision and we were supported entirely every step of the way. We loved this practice before but we will be forever clients with our animals after yesterday.

A healthy dog is not susceptible to an Addisonion crisis; Chloe my 8 yr old mini schnauzer went to true animal for 2 vaccines and their vaccines caused her injury and harm landing us in the ER where we confirmed the reaction. She suffered fever, trembling, shaking, diarrhea, and vomiting. I have never seen Chloe sick before. I brought her back soon after for GI upset, potentially she ate something, and they came to the conclusion that Chloe has Addisons disease, and while attempting to rule out everything else, they put me 3k in debt, knowing i’d give up my whole life for Chloe. Worse, they acted like super heroes when her test results came back positive confirming she’d be on lifelong treatment for this life threatening condition. heart $ broke 💔 Showing zero sympathy for what had just happened at their clinic, they told me to stop coming because I asked too many questions and I didn’t trust the vet. Great vet, horrible experience.
