Groomingtails

We used to bring our labradoodle here for years, even back when they were located in Bethpage, which was right across the street from us. We followed the owner to this new location but unfortunately we no longer bring our dog here. The last time we picked him up from getting groomed, one of the workers can be heard screaming at a dog to "shut up" because it was crying/barking. I can't imagine how she treats dogs when no one else is around. I hope this person isn't still working here because the owner does a great job and is very sweet!

It can be challenging finding a place that will accept cats for a grooming. This is the second time I took my cat here for a grooming and we absolutely love it here! This time around they had asked us if we could stay with Theo as he got his hair cut. I actually prefer to stay with him as he gets his hair cut since he can get anxious going somewhere that isn’t home. Hope and her coworker are amazing and so sweet. I can’t say enough great things about Hope and her grooming store! She was absolutely fantastic with my dog, treating him with such care and attention. The results were perfect! They take such amazing care of our dogs! We board our fur babies here whenever we go away and our dogs are treated with the utmost love and care. The staff is very responsive when we check in on the dogs and we get lots of photos sent to us of our pups. The owner is extremely kind and loving. The grooming services are also outstanding!

Hope at Groomingtails always groomed my small dog clipped my cat’s nails and now she’s grooming my larger Bernese mountain dog. She is highly experienced and will groom your dog professionally and with personal care and attention to detail. She’s honest, her prices are fair and my dogs always come home clean and happy. I am comfortable leaving them because I feel that they are in the best care and Hope is extremely kind and loves all animals. Don’t worry or hesitate booking with her for your pet’s care and grooming.
