I can’t say enough good things about our recent visit for Cami’s checkup! My sweet girl is a bit timid and gets scared easily at the vet, but the team here made her feel so safe and comfortable right away. Juanda (the RVT) was incredibly gentle and patient, handling Cami with so much care and calm energy. Dr. Mack was thorough, kind, and explained everything clearly without rushing us. They both took their time to make sure Cami felt at ease, and it truly made all the difference—she even wagged her tail by the end! If you have a nervous pup, this is the place to go. Thank you, Juanda and Dr. Mack, for the amazing care, you’ve earned our loyalty! Highly recommend.

I felt very inclined to write this review because of the incredible experience my dog Hera and I had at Loving Family Animal Hospital. Hera was seen on January 24, 2026 for an injury to her paw. She is a very reactive German Shepherd, and vet visits - honestly, most new places - are extremely stressful for both her and me. Walking into appointments like this usually comes with a lot of anxiety and worry. From the very moment we arrived to the very moment we left, the vet tech Michael was beyond amazing with her. He understood Hera immediately. His compassion, patience, and calm presence made such a difference — not just for Hera, but for me as well. He took the time to move at her pace, respected her boundaries, and handled her with so much care and understanding. I actually sat in my car for a moment after the visit with tears in my eyes because of how good the entire experience was — something I never thought I’d say after a vet appointment. Because of Michael, this visit felt safe, manageable, and genuinely positive — something I don’t take lightly as the owner of a reactive dog. The level of empathy and professionalism shown was exceptional. I am beyond grateful for the care we received and cannot thank Loving Family Animal Hospital enough for employing people who clearly care so deeply about the animals they work with. This experience left a lasting impression on me, and I would highly recommend this clinic, especially to anyone with anxious or reactive pets. The first time we came here was phenomenal!!! Juanda and Dr. Mack were great! They took the time to get to know us and my cat. I want to update my previous review on a negative experience to reflect my conversation with the hospital’s manager. They handled my concerns with care, professionalism, and genuine compassion—for both me and my cat. I’m very grateful for how responsive and understanding they were, and it reassured me that this hospital truly values its clients and patients.

Loving Family is truly awesome! My little dog is getting up there in years, so he's in often. He sees Dr. K and she loves him like her own. It makes me so happy that everyone there loves him and cares for him, an experience we haven't always had at other vets. I always know he's going to get the best care when he's there. He has bad anxiety, so going to the vet is hard for him, but they try so hard to make him feel comfortable and make it the best experience possible for both of us. I love this place and will always recommend it to anyone looking for a vet!

I have been going to Loving Family for just over a year now. My cat has seen Dr. K exclusively and she has been AMAZING! The whole staff at Loving Family is a dream for a pet owner. They love on my senior kitty and I know that she is always in good hands with them. It really gives me peace of mind knowing that Dr. K and staff have my girl's best interests in mind.
