Outstanding urgent vet care! Kind staff, fast service, and a clean, modern clinic. I stopped by quickly with questions about my anxious dog and left with a solution. Thank you!

What an incredible and satisfying experience it was to find this urgent care facility. We typically have to wait at Parker AESC for hours to see a vet and then take out a 2nd mortgage to pay for it but we searched for an alternative and were so relieved to find Gems. Everything went smoothly from the initial phone call to the front desk staff to seeing the vet and the vet tech. They took their time to gain my dogs trust and to listen to his “story” so they could assess his situation. We opted for X-rays, medication and exam and made an appt to come back for an over due echo and EKG. We were in and out within 60” and our dog is already feeling and acting better since having his “hot spot” treated. It is a relief to see him resting comfortably so he can heal. The vet also said we could text her if we have any issues. Thank you Gems. We have already started spreading the word. And we didn’t have to take out a 2nd mortgage. Very reasonable price.

This is a wonderful urgent care clinic. The doctor and staff were friendly and informative. They took their time to win the trust of my dog before treating her. I’m very impressed and would bring my dogs here again without hesitation.

I just got home from my first visit to Gems and could not have been happier with the experience. First of all, the facility itself is beautiful. It is open and light, with a very welcoming atmosphere. I was greeted right away by Devon and Dr. Trifonova who were very sweet with my boy who I brought in for a laceration. The entire time they kept me well-informed so I was on the same page for treatment, and answered all of my questions with knowledge and expertise. Bonus for the fact that they are local and a private practice- the best type of place to support. As a dog trainer, I will be coming to and recommending Gems Veterinary Urgent Care for any urgent vet care in the future!!
