They were so kind and caring, while at the same time doing everything they could to help my pup get healthy again! They were understanding while I was emotional, and took the time to explain things clearly and provide email follow ups. It is spendy, but they have great 0% interest financing options, and the care is worth it!

The staff was extremely caring towards both my Pet and myself. They did everything they could for my cat and told me what his prognosis was, and gave him medication to make his last days a little more comfortable. I am very grateful that southern Oregon Vet veterinary specialty Is available when needed regardless of day of the week, night or day, with kindness and compassion to help Pets and their owners.

We are sooooo grateful to the staff at SOVSC for the kindness, compassion, and excellent care they gave us and our sweet chocolate Dixie… Lindsay and the reception team, as well as Techs Michael & Israel who brought the doggie gurney out and were so gentle with her, and them Dr. Brayan… They all made a very scary situation bearable, providing encouragement & education to equip us for this tough but very worthwhile journey. Our precious girl is making a remarkable recovery from her spinal stroke, wagging her happy tail more each day… 🤗🐕‍🦺🥰 Thank you!!!

I recently had to take my dog to an emergency vet due to a scare where I thought our new cat had scratched his eye. I cannot express how grateful I am for the care and attention that he received at the clinic. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and understanding. They quickly assessed the situation and made me feel at ease during a stressful time. The vet took the time to thoroughly examine my dog, explaining every step of ithe process in detail. Their calm demeanor and expertise gave me confidence that my furry baby was in good hands.

They saved our puppy's life! Ceylon ingested 2/3 of a 13x9 Keto Brownie cake (made from 2 boxes of Dunkin Hines keto brownie mix)! By the time we got him to the Emergency Vet, it had been over 12 hours since he ate the cake and he was in severe tachycardia, and it was the morning of my Birthday! My husband and I (and Ceylon's big sister Willow) were so worried! The staff was caring and responsive. The doctor called us throughout the day to give us updates on Ceylon's treatment and condition. The best Birthday present I received was when we got a call at 3pm that Ceylon had responded positively to the treatment and medications, and we could come get him and take him home!! At checkout the staff throughly explained care instructions for home, and symptoms we should monitor for that would warrant going to his primary vet. It was a Happy reunion between Willow and Ceylon, and a Happy Birthday for me! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility anytime!
