Roxy Ann Veterinary Hospital

We’ve had an excellent experience with Roxy Ann Veterinary Hospital. The staff is compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about both pets and their owners. They took the time to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and made our animals feel comfortable during visits. The clinic is clean, professional, and very well run. It’s hard to find a veterinary team that combines skill with such kindness and patience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality veterinary care in the Rogue Valley!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! If you're hoping to receive guidance, empathy, and attentive care while your pet is in critical condition or end of life, this is the last place you want to go!! I've never had employees in this line of work be so insensitive and treat us as just another invoice. I wasn't allowed to go into exam room with my cat to go over my concerns with the vet, I was told to leave and they would call me, then was charged for hospitalization services. When they called me, they gave me a terrifying diagnosis over the phone and when I returned to the office I still wasn't reunited with my sweet baby until they had my money and was sending me out the door. The vet came in for 30seconds and didn't go over the bloodworm, my options, the prognosis, or discuss what steps I needed to take to keep my other pets safe. I had to google all of that!!! They gave me subQ fluids and weren't even going to show me how to administer them or at what dosage!!! When I got to my car I discovered my cat was sitting in a pool of his own cold urine, who knows how long he was left in the back uncared for!! My sweet baby died the next morning and I will forever hate this place for robbing me of precious time I could've spent with him and guidance on his care. SHAME ON YOU ROXY ANN VETERINARY PRACTICE, DO BETTER!!!

Called on Wednesday afternoon with concerns of my kittens showing signs of respiratory infections. I was placed on a brief hold and was able to be scheduled for 10am the following day. Very appreciative that they could get us in so quickly! I believe the vet I saw was Dr. Anderson and she was amazing with answering my questions and taking concerns for my kittens. I am grateful to be establishing care here for my pets. We got sent home with medication, yes there was a little bit of a wait to get the medication but that's to be expected when they have other patients. I will continue to bring my animals here. My babies are now 3 doses into their medication and I can already see such a difference in how they're feeling. Thank you Roxy Ann for your concern for my kitties.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this needs to be said: I would never recommend this vet to anyone. I accompanied my mom to Roxy Ann to have her 15 year old, seven pound Chihuahua put down. The waiting room was chaos, full of people, animals, and songs like Justin Timberlake’s Sexy Back blasting overhead. This “music” was completely inappropriate considering the somber mood many of us were in. The waiting room seating was so filthy I chose to stand, which was quite uncomfortable as they were 50 minutes late for our appointment. The front desk gal took 15 minutes looking for our file before realizing it must have been archived. She asked my mom to fill out a form and that’s when my mom told her the reason for our visit. But for this office assistant, it was business as usual. Zero sympathy. After asking for our dog’s name for the fourth time, she said “okay that’ll be $170”. Again, business as usual and zero sympathy. We finally got moved to the exam room where two women explained the process. And yet again, it was business as usual with zero sympathy towards my mom’s terrified little fur baby. They just gave her a sedative which made her scream, then left the room. The only person who showed any sympathy at all for little Rosabella was the doctor, but by the time she arrived in the room, the little fur baby was completely sedated and unaware of anything. All in all our visit to this vet was a horrible experience. I have two dogs at 14 and 16 years old so this nightmare was traumatic to me just imagining them going through that.

This office is so great we took our pets here from California, when we were having trouble getting vet care and used them when we lived there. They did their neuter and spay surgery and took such good care of our 3 cats. The front desk and the technicians were fantastic. I felt so safe leaving my babies with them. They also took care of a very bad case of ear mites in all 3 of the cats. You will not regret bringing your pets here! Definitely an office I remember every June during pet appreciation month!
