I was very impressed with how caring everyone was and I was able to show a picture from previous grooming and the results were identical! Highly recommend!

I picked Bow Wow as it was recommended to me by a friend. The reviews were good -let's go. I call and request service the day before Thanksgiving (my first mistake). I asked if they could appropriately coat groom a long hair doxie - I mentioned several times long cut with short belly, hygiene, and chest-they confirmed they could. After hesitating about scheduling they say sure we can take her but we'll need her most of the day (my second mistake was not clarifying what this meant.) I happily agreed and awaited her groom day. I took her in at 9 am. I've owned dogs for 15 years, a "full day groom" has rarely been more than 6-7 hours. When I hadn't received an update at 3, I called at 4, no answer. I called at 5, no answer. Finally 5:15 I got an answer and was told she would be ready between 5:45 and 6 p.m. I arrived around 5:45 p.m. only to see them just putting my dog on the groom table for groom - "it's taken so long because she had to dry." (My third mistake was not just taking her home then and paying for a bath.) Once again I was asked how I wanted her cut after a phone call and after drop off - I was astonished at how often I had repeat what I wanted. I asked them to blend her ears so her short hair is matched and now her ears look like she's a golden retriever. Her fur is short and choppy and I didn't get to take the dog until 6:20 p.m. I could have accomplished this hack job on my own. While waiting to take my dog home, one of the other groomers acknowledged that they don't answer the phone because they're just too busy and screen callers. In the meantime is very worried that nobody was answering the phone and that something had happened to my dog. The lack of respect for my time and concern for my dogs well-being was appalling. They could have scheduled me on a day outside of the holiday. I called asking for a return call to discuss all of this. To no one's surprise, they didn't call me back and I had to call them back the next day they were open told id have to wait for the groomer. Finally, the groomer did call me back and offered me a list of excuses as to why the groom was so bad: "she was wiggly because she saw you", "I understand the trim you wanted but she doesn't have that kind of fur", "I thought I explained what all day meant to you" I would be wiggly too if I had been kenneled all day, her coat was styled long when I got her, and in no world does 9.5 hours constitute for at most an 8 hour day. I was told they do not do refunds and that they could regroom her. I could bring her in that day or the following business day - but her coat would go significantly shorter which I did not want. I asked if I could schedule the regroom for a month out and was hesitantly given a yes. Needless to say we will not be returning for any service and I worked with my bank to process a refund. The state of the store is dusty and dirty, the lack of time management and professionalism is obviously short, and while the ladies were kind, I would not recommend this business to anyone.

This place is AMAZING!!! Everyone is very friendly and always does right by my dog. My best friend and Bichon Frise is treated like a princess. Krista grooms her quickly, is always as white as winter snow when she is done, and smells like a fresh load of laundry!! Very very reasonable prices!!! I have been a loyal customer for years and will continue to give them my business!!

She did an awesome job. We have a doggy who's very skittish. She was able to get her a very pretty haircut because she had the patience and skill to work with our little girl. We all left very pleased 😀
