West Ridge Animal Hospital

I cannot say enough good things about this veterinary practice. I have not had one bad experience there. Not one. They have cared for my cats over the last 3 or so years, including helping one of them cross the rainbow bridge. They even saw my mom's lil Chihuahua one time when she was visiting and doggie got sick. Everything is handled professionally and with great care. I've seen different vets in the office, and they are all amazing, as are the tech staff. I just had to take my scaredy-cat in, she's not seen a vet in years, and they were just soooo gentle with her and took their time. I had warned them ahead of time so they booked a longer appointment later in the day, and it worked out so well. Their urgent care is great, as well, and while vet care is always expensive, I feel like their prices are within reason. I would recommend this practice to ANYONE. I've had some bad experiences (and crazy prices) over the years with other vets, and this is one of the first times that I feel like I can just relax, everything will be fine.

We are choosing Westridge for my Doberman's Spay and Gastropexy. This was not an easy decision, but we were going based on price, distance, and if they'd previously seen our pets. Westridge has seen multiple cats, sugar gliders, and previous dogs we owned, so when the quote was cheaper than other places I knew Westridge would be the right choice. Mocha just went for her initial wellness appointment, and the team is GREAT! They are very good with dogs that are still a bit nervous at the vet. They adressed and explained all our concerns amazingly!

I called at approximately 7:15 at night on a Friday and with no wait, I was able to get in and have my dog seen after a couple bite wounds. Tests and cleansing as well as pain meds and antibiotics were presented and they were very clear with their intent as well as prices. All of the stuff I encountered were very pleasant and attentive. Thank you so much for caring for my 14 yo kiddo that still doesn't know she's 14😊

Huge shoutout to Josslyn. Your kindness and humor are medicine to us sad duck moms just as much as your expertise and gentleness was medicine to our hurt duck. The genuine care you showed both us and Mrs. Norris has been unmatched and I truly cannot thank you enough. Once again, here to sing praises for Westridge. Dr. Buys was amazing when I brought my little hedgehog in for her first visit due to some stomach issues. She was super thorough in the exam and took the time to listen, addressing all of my concerns. I had the sense that she truly cared about helping my little spiky baby. She also tried her best to give options for treatment that were a little more affordable for me, which I am eternally grateful for. I’ll definitely continue bringing all of my furry/spiky babies to Westridge for their care!
