had a very disappointing and heartbreaking experience with this seller. The first bird I purchased arrived extremely sick and died within five hours of delivery. Instead of taking responsibility, the seller charged me for a second bird, which I had to drive from Gilroy to Modesto to pick up. Within three weeks, that bird also became very ill and was diagnosed with two infections. My veterinarian confirmed that I provided proper care and that the bird was already sick before I received it. When I tried to discuss this with the seller, he blamed me instead of trying to resolve the situation. He showed no concern for how his customers feel and repeatedly told me it was my fault. Based on my experience, the seller was unprofessional, dismissive, and focused only on making a sale rather than ensuring the health of the birds or providing any customer support. I would not recommend buying from him. ...

Great shop for coral and salt water fish. I’ve been going once or twice a week for the last year. Rodrigo has been very helpful in getting my tanks up and running. They do special orders for hard to get fish and coral as well. Great prices or very close to anything you want to order online without the shipping cost to overnight. Lots of birds, reptile, all pets really, and huge selection of fresh water fish. Always something to check out every time you go.

This shop is a great place to checkout for parrots and exotic fish. Lots of their parrots are hand fed making them excellent companion birds that are easier to hand tame. Their keepers care for them well, feeding them fresh and well rounded crop raising very healthy birds. This shop is the only local store with exotic fish you can not find anywhere else. Their fishkeeper has a plethora of knowledge. 100% a great place to check out! 🤌❤️

Great place to buy pet supplies and pets! You can also take your pets for other services, for example ultra sound for pregnant dogs! Rodrigo does a great job taking care of our little fur baby, there is a lot of new exotic pets for sale as well as exotic fishes and sea life (my kids love coming here). This place is amazing! I highly recommend this place! A+

This is a hidden gem of a pet store. We only went here to get reptile food because they are open later than any pet store on a Sunday, I was amazed at all the different reptiles, birds and fish they have available. All very healthy and well taken care of. Great customer service and advice on your pets. We will definitely be returning.
