(from Google)I have had to bring multiple of my fur babies here over the last few months. Both Dr. Framson and Dr. Shepler on every single occasion have showed amazing compassion and empathy. From the front desk staff to the techs you know everyone really cares. If you want top class care for your fur family this is where you should be going.
My 2 year old cavapoo loves CityVet. We took him here when he was really sick back in October, he kept having reoccurring digestive issues and they were able to diagnose and cure him quickly. I was a mess and so worried about him but they took amazing care of him. He had been to 4 vets prior over the span of 4 months that weren’t able to diagnose or cure him. We now use CityVet for all preventative care as well. 10/10. Everyone is so kind and professional. You can definitely tell they care about your babies here.
Cleanest vet I've ever seen! The workers were so sweet, and they explained everything so well and listened to any concerns or questions. They seemed like they genuinely cared, at least during my visit there. And they are way more reasonably priced than most vets I've been to. Most vets just rip you off, especially charging too much money with no effort at all, but they actually seem to put effort and care into it. Thank you :) and please keep up the good work and care!
Great experience - all the people there ensure you and your pet (our puppy) are well taken care of. The Vet and Nurse took great care of our dog and answered all our questions.
Absolutely unacceptable experience at City Vet. I rushed my 6-month-old dachshund in for an emergency with her neck swollen like two golf balls. After nearly $900, they claimed they had “completely looked at her neck.” Yet somehow they completely missed an inch-and-a-half slash wound that was plain to see. That level of negligence is inexcusable. Instead of answers, they just handed us a bunch of meds, sent us out the door, and basically said “good luck.” This was supposed to be emergency care instead, it felt careless, dismissive, and reckless. City Vet failed my puppy in the most serious way, and I would strongly warn anyone against trusting them with their animal’s life.
