Paws 'n' Play Arvada

Had a great experience with the dog self wash. Loved the high quality shampoos they have and loved the high velocity dryer. This is officially our grooming and treats buying spot. I also like their great variety of high quality treats and goodies. My dogs love the chicken feet.

This is definitely my go to Boutique for my boys! They always have such a cool variety of stuff. A ton of collars and harness, pet jackets, even different sizes and options of dog booties! They’re so kind and even let our pups sample treats to make sure they like the before we buy it! Easily the best Pet Boutique in the Denver Metro area and Arvada City!!

Always a welcoming environment for myself and my pooch! The staff always members me and that's me like family. Great pet shop!

Such an awesome pet store. They have a really great dog washing station with all the things you need. Our dog comes out fluffy and smelling great. I always forget to catch her name but the woman that works on Sunday mornings is SO NICE. Always so much a joy to come in to this store. Great treats available too.

I took my pup for a wash here. I normally take her closer to home but wanted to give this place a try. I arrived about 15 minutes after they opened on a Thursday. I walked in, no customers yet and I was not greeted nor did I see anyone. I walked toward the back of the store and saw a young gal sitting on the floor stocking. She still did not acknowledge me. I said, "Hello, I am here for a dog wash." She did not look up, she just said, "go ahead it is in the back." I was unfamiliar with their dog wash but I proceeded back and found it. I put my pup in the basin, grabbed the sprayer and noticed it was covered with hair as was the hose (photo). I used the towel they had there and cleaned both off. The basin also had hair around it. I cleaned that as well. Then I proceeded to turn the water on. It would not go on. I tried and looked for turn on valves. I finally went to get the gal and asked for help. She was not happy with the interruption. She came back and said, "it's not hard" and proceeded to turn on the water, when it did not come on she adjusted a couple of valves between the tubs and walked out. I washed my pup and to be honest the shampoo and conditioner were like water, I was left with one towel to dry, which is what I used to clean the basin, hose and sprayer so I shook it out and used it so I would not have to "bother" her again. I was not happy with this service and that is disappointing as Bob (the owner) is AMAZING! I have known him for at least 6-7 years and he takes a lot of pride in his stores and his customers. I live far north and will continue to use the pet wash by me.
