I went in to get a new fish and I asked the lady there if she could help me. She said that she cant catch any fish while they are sorting out the new fish shipment. Which I was okay with and I understood. I asked when she would be able to catch fish and her tone was snappy when telling me that she couldn't help me for another hour. I said id be back in an hour. An hour later, I came back to the fish wall and found no one there. I had to ask the first employee I saw to help me find someone that could help me with fish. 5 minutes later he came back saying that couldn't find the lady from the pet department. He said that he could help me get some fish but answering questions might be tough. The lady completely left and didn't bother to do her job once the fish delivery was done. Between the attitude I got and disappearing, it was a frustrating visit. I work for Petsmart and I understand what fish day is like, but you also need to understand you're in a customer service job.

Bit of a ghost town in there. Felt a tad dark in there to be honest. No employees were around at 2 in the afternoon. I swear there was one cashier in the building. Nobody came over to help me even after asking for assistance. After about ten minutes, I gave up on waiting. Please, hire some staff, can't spend money if nobody is around. This store happened to be on my way today, but thankfully it's not a place I'll have to go often.

The staff and groomers and work they do here is excellent. However, there is a requirement for parvo and distemper vaccinations in order to be groomed in the state of colorado, and Petco is is too cheap to update their website to list that when you make an appointment, they only specify that rabies is needed. Please fix this and stop wasting your customers time

They advertised $10 off when you spend $60 or more online or in store. They don't tell you how to activate that in store. I spent $100 and didn't get my discount. I won't be coming back to these liars. Edit: When I called the given customer service number, they said they could only help with on-line orders. I don't think they even have an in store manager.

The store is pretty small in spite of how it looks on the outside. Oddly enough, this may make it easier to stock, because the place was pretty full of various items for the hounds we got back at the Mausoleum. The one lass rocking the "Punk is definitely not dead," look was pretty quick to get us to where we need to be looking for stuff and was oddly more professional than the Golden Girls rejects that were pretty snooty to us. So props to her.
