Spay Neuter Clinic: Chandler

I’ve taken 2 of my cats here throughout the years for fixing and I thought it was the best place to take our heeler, to be spayed as well. I’ve been calling a few times a day for the last 2 weeks, text their line for “returning clients”, and emailed. I have not gotten a single response back. I loved them years ago but would never take my animals back as they are extremely difficult to get through to these days.

Great exp, staff was amazing. I wish I had know about this business years ago. The one issue I had was people being seen for service not in the order they arrived or signed in. The explanation I was given is there are 2 pl doing in-take paperwork and sometimes people finish more quickly. After waiting outside in 38 degree weather for an hour because vaccines are only on Friday w/ no appointments taken, that is not the answer you want to hear. It's 2026, there has to be a better process to manage customers and see people in the order they arrive. This is the only reason my review was not 5 stars. I would return.

I needed an urgent neuter for a lovely abandoned cat that I just rescued so that he could be rehomed. He got a health check, worming medication, nail trim, vaccs, and more all in one visit. The staff is kind and efficient and Mr. Kitty was ready to come home the same day. I couldn't be happier.

I have been to this clinic for 3 years now. My 3 year old wheaten terriers have been spayed, vaccinated, and now had cleanings over the years. Each time was met with thorough instructions, upfront pricing, and fantastic medical care Once you get to know the process it is up to you how long you wait based on how early you want to arrive. I cannot recommend the Spay and Neuter Clinic enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. They clearly love animals and go above and beyond to ensure both pets and owners feel comfortable and informed. The process was smooth and efficient, and the care my dog received was exceptional. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and the team took the time to explain the procedure, post-op care, and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. My little dog recovered quickly, thanks to the excellent care provided, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Not only does this clinic offer top-notch services, but they’re also affordable, making quality care accessible to everyone.
