They’ve always been great with our dog, Odie. He’s a senior yellow lab and whenever we’ve gone with concerns they do a thorough exam and recommend appropriate testing without making everything feel like an upsell. The front desk staff and vet techs are also super friendly - will absolutely keep coming here.

Copper Mountain Animal Clinic – A Hard Pass I walked in with my 9-month-old cat who was clearly having issues. I was told they couldn’t see him for at least two days, even though they had just mentioned a cancellation when I arrived. That alone was frustrating, but it got worse. While waiting, I overheard a receptionist explaining to another customer why they overcharge for medication. No shame, no transparency, just justification for inflated prices. The whole vibe was dismissive and cold. Bottom line: they turned me away and told me to find another vet because they didn’t feel like taking a walk-in. Not because they were overbooked. Not because it was an emergency overflow. Just… didn’t feel like it. If your animal needs urgent care, skip this place. They do not treat walk-ins with any urgency or compassion. Horrible customer service, and a disappointing experience all around.

We have been using Copper Mountain now for almost 3 years and have had such great experiences there. The staff really care about your pet, and they are very transparent and timely and helpful. Dr. Olsen has been who we’ve used primarily and he is wonderful, smart, and caring. I cannot recommend them enough.

Dr Olsen is great! Hes very personable and has no problem sitting down giving our dogs attention during their exams! As a veterinary technician of 14 yr its so refreshing having a good experience as a client. Glad Copper Mountain was recommended to us when we moved to the area!
