(from Google)My dog had an appointment At the Bailey Small Animal Teaching Hospital. The Staff were very nice and attentive to my Standard Poodle Gunny's needs. The staff personel, Meredith Voyles. DVM Associtate Professor, Shenise Howard, DMV Ophthalmologist Resident, Alison Williams, LVT Ophthalmologist Technician, Melissa Corless CSR. Its without Hesitation or Reservation that I would recommend this staff. They are the best of the best. Thank you for all you guys do. Its people of your character for whom I served proudly for 30yrs in the US Army. Again, thanks for all you do. Larry A. Livingston SFC Retired
As a veterinarian, I would like to commend the cardiology service at Auburn. They consistently go above and beyond to help my clients/patients. I truly commend their thoroughness and compassion. Keep up the great work.
If you want your pet to be KILLED, this is the place to go to. My Pomeranian had a severe heart condition and collapsing trachea that was overlooked and lightly taken by all the doctors there. They recommended an MRI even though anesthesia could potentially kill him due to his preexisting conditions. I clarified 3 different times on each of the 3 visits I had with them about my concern about the complications of anesthesia. Every single time, I was given false reassurance that my pet will be fine. Dr. Hopper also stated “if the doctors did not think anesthesia was safe for my pet, they would not recommend it.” Then the moment they initiated anesthesia, his heart dropped. On their notes, they wrote that I was well informed that my pet is high risk of dying under anesthesia when that was far from the truth. On top of that, they promised me a refund which they never delivered. They have no remorse or respect for pets. They do not even deserve 1 star. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED PET HERE.
It's a 5 hour round trip to bring my dog here for her annual eye check up, but the staff is friendly, competent and really cares about my dog. I totally trust them. The facility is clean and appointments are pretty much on time. My dog was totally exhausted when she got home.
My baby girl got fixed and had her stomach pinned here. They definitely know what they are doing. It was a good experience from the moment we walked through the doors. I was impressed that they called numerous times to let us know how she was. The level of professionalism and courtesy are unmatched
