A huge thank you to both the managers and also Shane. Everyone has been incredibly helpful friendly! I will be back. It’s a 30 minute drive and worth it.

This is a great place to find a new friend. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Pricing is on point for live critters and plants and feeders. The only problem I have is the Lugarti brand products. I've never had a good experience with a Lugarti product. None of my many geckos will eat any flavor of their food. The spray bottles have an oily or silicone residue inside them. I've tried various supplements, tools etc and this brand is always more expensive for less product or it ends up being a waste because critters won't touch it. I buy the other brands at this store.

I visited The Serpentarium in Richardson and was really impressed. The staff made me feel welcome right away and took the time to answer all my questions. They clearly care about the animals and enjoy sharing their knowledge. The variety of reptiles they had was great. Everything looked clean, and the animals were active and healthy. You could tell they’re well taken care of. It felt more like a learning experience than just walking into a pet store. They also had a good selection of supplies and feeders, and the prices were reasonable. If you're into reptiles or even just curious, it's definitely worth stopping by. I’ll be back for sure.

I've got reptiles. I shop here from time to time. I did just buy a new snake they got in and it was a decent price. I like the younger sales member Shane. He's easy to talk to , friendly and is interested in helping.

I purchased a tarantula from here about a year ago. I was relatively new to keeping Ts and I was told that my Spider was a mature female that she was five years old. That was unfortunately, not the case. My beautiful girl was actually a male who molted a few months later. With brand new tibial hooks so I was very upset because I thought I had to confirmed female, and I did not. I totally understand that sexing Ts is not the easiest but at five years old, you can usually tell so was a bit not happy. The attached picture is my attempt at taxidermy so I could keep my little baby
