River City Veterinary Hospital

I know it is a book I wrote but wanted to express our experience with everything thing that happened. Hopefully it helps answer questions. Hope is a Short haired cat . She is 8 months old. Hope is a rescue and our only fur baby. She is so fun and loving. This was our first visit together and my first visit with a cat to see the vet. Needless to say I was nervous. Cats are very different than dogs lol . This was Hope’s first visit to this office. This was her first visit to a vet outside of the rescue where she was adopted. To say the least I was more stressed than Hope was lol.

I am so happy to find these amazing veterinarians! They take great care of my senior fur babies! The entire staff are just great. The doctors spend time with my dogs and explain everything in detail. They also give different treatment options with pricing. Too many other vets that I have been to, do not offer this and insist on all kinds of services that are pricey. All I can say is that I am over the moon with River City and don't mind driving across the city to take my babies! Thank you to the staff and a special thanks to Jennifer!!! She is truly a gem!

They are the absolute BEST! The staff are professional, kind, and so helpful. The office is always clean, and smells amazing. I recently lost my pup, and they reached out to offer their condolences, and even sent me a card in the mail offering their sympathy. I’ve never experienced a better vet. They treat my pups with the utmost care and compassion. I love this vet, and would never consider taking my pups anywhere else.

I have been coming here for many years. The team here is always very helpful in assisting my kitty. They are flexible and collaborative in finding solutions and very responsive when I call with any questions or concerns. Thank you for continuing to care for Star.

I have been bringing my pets here for 16 years. Most recent we had an emergency situation with our darling Shi Tzu Bee. The staff handled her serious injuries as though she was their own. Her after care was critical in her continued recovery. The Doctors, techs and reception staff are always kind, problem solvers and truly exceptional people. Thank you for loving and cheering on Bee!!
