A and B Aquatics does an AMAZING job!! It's been almost 1 year that we have had them spraying here on MacDill AFB, and we can't be more satisfied! I have them spraying the ditches around and right next to the Runway on the Airfield. Spraying the ditches kills the weeds that wildlife makes home and obviously can cause problems with the Flying Mission. I have had the pleasure of watching the professionalism and skills of one of their Techs named Salim. He is top notch, has always been on time and able to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend their company but even more, Salim!!

After the 4 treatments, we have quite a bit of algea growing on both sides of the dock, I have emailed once, called the office twice and called the owner once leaving messages each time with no call back. Today my wife called and once again got the answering machine and left a message with no call back. I guess when they are paid and done with you…. No guarantees honored

This company is very professional and easy to work with. Their prices are very fair. Their technician was right on time. He easily accessed our canal and sprayed the back of 28 properties. We are have quarterly sprays. The owner and CEO answered all my questions and was prompt in returning my calls. The office staff is exceptional. Kimberly made things happen. I can’t say enough good things about A & B and am looking forward to a great relationship due to their outstanding service.

STAY AWAY!! I wish it was possible to give a rating less than zero stars. Calling this company was one of the worst mistakes of my life. I am really surprised with all of the great reviews as this was not my experience. I guess that I was the unlucky one or maybe these over the top positive reviews are fake. So my experience goes like this... I had recently purchased a home that had a half acre pond out back. The whole reason that we picked this property is that it had a pond FULL of bass. My son and I really enjoy fishing together so this was the perfect place. A few months go by and I develop a problem with algea that I could not control, so I called A&B Aquatics. I was told by someone named Joe, who presented themselves as one of the owners, that they could treat my pond but would need to treat it in sections over a few weeks as to not kill any fish. The decomposing algea on the bottom would deplete the oxygen in the pond and kill the fish if they did it all at once. So a few weeks later they send out a guy. Some young know it all named Phillip. Phillip shows up and proceeds to tell me that he can spray the pond and take care of it all in one day with no harm to the fish. I told him what Joe had told me and Phillip says that he does this all of the time with no problems or fish kills, that Joe is being overly conservative. So Phillip proceeds to spray the pond along with some vegetation along the edge of the pond. What happens next should be no suprise. 4 days later, on my Birthday, I find all of my fish floating. I immediately call their office and speak to Reid. Reid can't believe that this could happen and promises that he is going to "make it right:. This is in July. Meanwhile, months go by with me calling every week or so asking when they are going to make it right. During this time all of the grass has died off around my pond because Phillip oversprayed around the pond by 4 to 10 feet all the way around. So at this point the bank starts collapsing in spots. I am reassured by Reid that they will do whatever it takes to make it right. So finally in September they send out a crew to clean debris out of the pond and tended to one of the areas that was collapsing but left a couple of other spots that he said they would return for. Still no fish by the way. So November rolls around and I finally get some fish delivered. Reid's do boy, Sauz, shows up with fish. No call, no knock on the door, I just happened to look out the door and see this guy by my pond. I go out to talk to him and see the fish. Sauz immediately has a bad attitude and quickly dumps the fish in. I ask about the bank and he starts making up some bs about how I need to install some drainage and the bank collapsing is due to improper drainage. WE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE BANK UNTIL I CALLED THESES IDIOTS. So Sauz goes back and lies to Reid saying that the collapsing bank is due to poor drainage and now this company is refusing to do anything further. Of course Reid never once comes to my property to take a look for himself. Reid seems like a nice guy with good intensions but relys on a team of unqualified, dishonest people that should not be trusted working unsupervised on customers properties. So after months of dealing with this absolute joke of a company, I started with a pond full of mature bass, roughly 75 by the count of dead fish and a 3 foot long grass carp, I now have 30 two inch bass, supposedly ( didn't get to see them) about 30 one inch bluegill, an ugly muddy collapsing bank and a mountain of regret. So much for "making it right". I should have sued them. THANKS FOR RUINING MY POND A&B AQUATICS!
