Absolutely the best obstacle course running trail there is! Run the red trail backwards into the yellow trail backwards; then run the same two out again! Really fun! Don't break your wrist or your ankles when you fall. Get back up, dust yourself off, and keep going!

Easy level hiking area with three different choices. There is a pay station when you enter the parking area so be sure to bring cash or your credit card. Well maintain trails that lead through several different types of wooded and open areas. No dogs allowed.

Great park with somewhat lengthy trails if you want to challenge yourself beyond a simple stroll. Still mostly flat because, well, Florida, but nice variation of brush and tree canopy coverage and winding passages. Bathrooms seemed to be really well maintained. The $1 parking per hour is reasonable. Lots of picnic areas both at front of trails and further in. Will definitely be back soon.

Nice trail. We did the red and blue loops together. Towards the end the trail did get skinnier, and we heard something pretty big running in the woods then into the water. Kind of spooked us. Quiet during the week. Parking is $5 per day or $1 per hour

Loved this hike. We took the red trail which says 1.8 miles but it was more like 2 miles starting from the parking lot. The park cost $1 per hour or $5 for the day. No dogs allowed at this park. We didn’t see much wildlife but I’m a noisy hiker. It’s easy to see where a quieter person could experience wildlife here. The trail is very rustic but well marked. It starts out pretty easy but the second half of the trail becomes narrow with a lot of roots and some small hills. There were several benches and picnic tables. I enjoyed it and would be happy to go back to try the other trails. My elderly father was fine on the red trail but isn’t interested in going back.
