I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I specifically asked for a medium haircut for my dog when I dropped him off for grooming. Instead, they completely shaved his entire body, which is absolutely not what I requested. I was shocked and extremely disappointed when I picked him up. A groomer should listen carefully to a customer’s instructions and communicate if there are any concerns before making such a drastic decision. My dog’s coat took a long time to grow, and now it’s gone because my request was ignored. I trusted Petco with my pet, and they failed to provide the service I asked for. I would not recommend this grooming location to anyone who expects their instructions to be followed.

The most clean, roomy pet store I've been to. My dogs love Petco trips. They come for grooming and toys. All employees are kind.

I was in need of the product I ordered due to my cat having surgery for stomatitis and having all of his teeth removed. After driving to different pet stores in order to get a good supply of the liquid meal replacement, I thought if I ordered on line I would be able to order a couple boxes at a time. After my 1st order of 10, my 2nd order is coming in 3 or 4 different deliveries. I signed up for automatic delivery. Getting 2 or 3 at a time doesn't work for me. I am going to have to cancel my auto delivery. Sorry

If you are looking to get any grooming service done here DO NOT. They are highly unprofessional and I think they are truly just lazy. I have brought my dog up there multiple times and got turned away for another issue they have. Ive spent hundreds of dollars at the vet to fix their concerns they had with my dog and I have done exactly what they have asked me to do in order for my dog to get groomed here and still they are unable to provide the service, even after talking to the "grooming manager". Before this they have been grooming my dog with zero "health" issues or concerns on their end. Ive been more and more hesitant to use their service when I realized that my dog would be just sitting in their cages for hours after being groomed without contacting me to pick him up or another time I brought my dog in simply for a bath and picked him up with a whole haircut that the groomer "thought I would like" . Truly Unprofessional and they refuse to take any accountability for anything they do.

I went in to buy pet clippers and had to wait about 10 minutes to get an associates attention. Once I finally got somebodies attention it was they were doing a favor to help me. Then when checking out, the same guy then only used one hand and was pushing a knocking over the box with the scanner. Once finally scanned , the product then registered for $50 more than the price on the shelf. When I mentioned that he was like "Well, that's what scanned as. That is the price, it must have been placed in the wrong spot." No verification of price, no want or effort. All with one hand in his pocket. Worst customer experience ever. Will not be going back.
