(from Google)What a great find! It took us almost an hour to get here but it was worth it. The paths and boardwalks are easy to maneuver. There was plenty of wildlife. The Nature Center was informative and well done. The grounds were natural and very well maintained. We got our 3 miles in, which was only half of the park, ended up at the Welcome Center, which was very informative on how the park was built and the history of Publix. We'll be going back next weekend to do the other side.
Our first time there. I brought 3 of my Grandsons ages 16 months to 10 yrs old. All 3 of them had a great time. Especially playing in the shallow stream running into a lake. Even though there were a large amount of people there it didn't seem crowded. There is a large children's museum there but we didn't have time to take them there this trip. We will definitely be returning
Very nice park. We went during sunset. They have a shop that sells Starbucks. Lots of hills and playgrounds. Lots of flowers and animals around. We had a nice time.
This park is awesome! So Clean. Love the 200 year old Oak tree. So surprised by the Butterfly house. Historical gallery info on the railroad yard & trains that it use to be. Starbucks coffee. Children's museum. Children's playhouse. Plants, flowers, landscapes...so much more.
