(from Google)Beautiful pier however it has deteriorated since hurricane Maria and now at the end of the pier there is no stair case down to the water. To get in the area you must jet ski to the beach or ask the guard at the front gate that you want to see the pier and he will let you in.

Exciting place to have a walk around and then hang out at the beach. Be careful as the place is forbidden to go in and the whole place isn't safe. It's at your own risk...enjoy!
Be Carefull, its beautifull but dangerous.
Once you parked by the neighborhood is a short walk away to the pier. Great views for pictures and video! However, be warned the walk through the metal structures at the pier requires some physical attitude and strength. Can be dangerous if you loose your balance.
