VEG ER for Pets

VEG ER was amazing in helping me when I brought in 5 two day old kittens, one of which needed surgery—an amputation. Dr. Sullivan, Theresa, and Trey were the dream team, expertly navigating this surgery on such a tiny, two day old kitten body. We’re calling him Hercules, and he and his sibling are thriving because of their quick, quality care! Thank you so much 🙏

VEG is phenomenal. I cannot express enough how knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and thorough they are. Yesterday was the second time our mini Aussie has had a vaccine reaction requiring emergency care. The first time was full blown anaphylaxis.. this time was a bad case of hypersensitivity. Dr Sullivan was incredible, spent time with us, and answered tons of questions. The Vet nurse Cass was also amazing. This team, and VEG as a whole deserves to be recognized daily for the incredible work they do. I hope VEG continues to grow, every pet should have access to the kind of care they give. We had the idea to make them a care package to say thanks , I’m sure they don’t get as many thank you’s as they deserve ( Mia helped us make it ) THANK YOU ALLLL !!!!

I recently took my pet to VEG Emergency Vet Care during an urgent situation, and the experience was excellent. The staff was welcoming and compassionate from the start. The doctor took time to clearly explain everything and showed genuine concern, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The level of care was outstanding. They even followed up afterward and coordinated with our regular vet. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any pet emergency.

I recently had to take my dog, Bean, to this animal ER—my first ER visit ever—and I can’t recommend them enough. My anxiety was through the roof, but every single person there was amazing. Dr. Prise was the first doctor we saw. She patiently explained everything, provided options, and answered all my questions—and trust me, I had so many! When it was time for surgery, Dr. Bradtmiller took over seamlessly. Dr. Bradtmiller was compassionate and took excellent care of Bean. John greeted Bean with ear rubs, making her feel safe. Gabby and Jasmine were wonderful. Jasmine was so patient with Bean, even during blood pressure checks when Bean was unsure. They have a wonderful policy: if you want to stay overnight with your pet, they let you. Jasmine helped set up a cot for me, bringing pillows and blankets so I could be comfortable and present for Bean. Though I didn’t get every name from the night shift or aftercare team, everyone was equally caring. They took the time to know Bean and me. You can tell they care deeply for every animal—and owner—that walks through their door. This team gave us the best care imaginable, and I’m deeply grateful

I couldn't be more grateful for VEG and their amazing staff! After my puppy received a kidney failure diagnosis, they immediately took care of her. They were incredibly communicative and cautious throughout the entire process. The entire staff is wonderful and very responsible when it comes to monitoring your pet. When my puppy was hospitalized, they allowed me to visit and pet her, taking all the necessary precautions for me and the other dogs in the emergency room. At 1:00 AM, I even saw the team spring into action—when another hospitalized dog’s levels dropped, three vets went running to check on him immediately. You can truly see that they love animals and are dedicated to ensuring they get the right treatment. They called me constantly with updates on her results, and their prices are actually very reasonable considering the top-notch care your puppy receives. They also offer multiple payment options, which is a lifesaver for those without pet insurance. I am so thankful to the team; thanks to them, my puppy is back home and getting better!
