Unleashed, the Dog & Cat Store- Cary

Really great spot! Kelly and her colleague (curly blonde hair, didn’t catch their name) were really sweet and helpful. They helped me get set up with the dog bath area and you can tell they have a great time working together!

They have great raw and natural food/ treat choices that are not available in other pet food stores- along with a larger selection of some brands that are. They had a dog wash area and (leashed) pets are welcome. The associate in the store was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt comfortable browsing around. Beautiful displays and plenty of cat products!

We love unleashed! The staff is amazing and helpful, they love our fur babies and our fur babies love them! They are picky about what they carry to ensure your pets get the best products, the support local businesses and rescues. Whenever we go, we feel like we are welcomed and are surrounded by people who truly care.

I love going in this store. Wonderful variety for your dogs and cats. The staff is incredibly friendly and know their stuff. They are very up-to-date on animal wellbeing trends. They also have a great supply of fresh meat bones, 100% grass-fed kefir and pet milk.

Unleashed has always had AMAZING customer service-their employees always greet me right when I walk in the door and are always helpful and knowledgeable! The photos attached in my review are some great birthday dog treats the employee helped me out with. I love surprising ALL the dogs I walk and petsit with all the treats I get from unleashed. If you haven’t visited, I highly recommend-you won’t want to go shop for your furry baby anywhere else!
