(from Google)I took my 2 cats to get shots today. The people at the front couldn’t even tell you what shots prevented different diseases. The vet was extremely rude to everyone in line. He seemed to be upset that he had to work. He started by going on a rant that it was too hot for us to have our animals outside and that you should choose when to vaccinate your animals better. It was 77 degrees, overcast and a breeze. I’m sorry that i got my cats vaccinated at a real vet and they just so happened to be due for their shots at the beginning of August. He then went on to say “did your dog even have breakfast” (the dog looked completely healthy) to another person in front of us. There is absolutely no reason that you should act that way especially as a “professional”. I will not be back under any circumstance. I will be taking all of my pets elsewhere. I would rather pay an exam fee and double somewhere else than deal with a “Vet” that is disgustingly rude to their customers. I hardly ever leave reviews but I think that everyone should know about the experience that I had today.
Just the BEST vet clinic in town! Absolutely the greatest staff. Humane & Compassionate! Very thorough! I am so appreciative!
We are always impressed that Dr Stan remembers our dogs name being that is a mobile vet and no appointments made for them to just look at a chart. You cannot beat the prices for keeping your fur baby current on their vaccines.
We walked in, no appointment, for puppy vaccinations and were seen almost immediately. The staff was very sweet to our baby boy and the prices were very reasonable! I will never go back to Banfield again. 👍🏻
I just love saving money! When you have rescue animals, you need to pinch pennies wherever possible. Low cost vaccines are the way to go. Also, the staff is always so friendly.
