Ambassador Animal Hospital

My dog is terrified of the vet, but Ambassador Animal Hospital always does such a great job helping put her at ease. She’s still nervous, but the staff treats her with so much patience and kindness every visit. We’ve had nothing but great experiences here over the last two years and I’m always grateful for how well they care for her. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this vet and would recommend Dr. Alexander to anyone who is looking for a new vet. Dr. Alexander was the first vet, after multiple ER visits, who actually provided a treatment plan for Birdie's elevated liver enzymes. Since our first visit, Birdie's liver enzymes have stabilized, and we are now working on a long-term plan. She is absolutely amazing and takes time to help find answers! (I love that she always thinks out loud while in the room with us - it puts my mind at ease that she cares so much and isn't worried about the next appointment and getting us out of there) The rest of the staff is absolutely pleasant and I look forward to seeing them for our appointments! I cannot recommend them enough.

After our long-time family veterinarian retired, transitioning to a new clinic felt daunting. However, you made the process incredibly simple and stress-free. I am so impressed by there loving and caring approach. It is truly amazing that there staff remembers my pets even before we have checked in. There pricing is very fair, and location is extremely convenient. I cannot say enough good things about the team; everyone is consistently kind, professional, and gentle with my dogs. I recently visited Ambassador Animal Hospital in their new Greenville location and was very impressed overall. Parking was easy, and the facility is brand new and extremely clean. The woman at the front desk was welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. The young lady who came out to walk us back was absolutely wonderful very professional, extremely kind, and she gave my dog a lot of attention, which I truly appreciated. My dog was taken to the back for some tests and did very well with the staff there, which says a lot. The doctor came in afterward and did a great job explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. The only minor downside for me was that she didn’t really make eye contact while speaking. I may be a bit old-school, but when discussing the well-being of my dog, that personal connection matters to me. That said, it was a small issue in an otherwise very positive experience. Overall, everything was great, and we will absolutely continue to bring our dog here. I would recommend Ambassador Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a clean, professional, and caring veterinary practice.

I can’t say thank you enough to Dr. Alexander & the staff at Ambassador. We recently brought our senior dog in for treatment when we noticed coughing. He was then diagnosed with heart disease at 14. I appreciate that Dr. Alexander’s first recommendation wasn’t euthanasia, but rather to keep him comfortable for as long as we could & visit for regular check ups while we monitored his quality of life. When the time came to say goodbye, we couldn’t have asked for a more professional & compassionate group of people to help us through that tough & emotional process that we were experiencing for the first time as pet parents. We loved our boy very much, & we’re thankful for the ladies here that helped us through it. Thank you again.
