Thankyou Ashley for taking care of Gus! He looks so handsome. I was so nervous to leave him but it sounded like he did great! He really needed the refresh.

They're the only place so far that I found a non dusty cat litter, dust free! They have much cat and dog treats, medication,jacketss or clothing for cool weather too, plus all kinds of pets to buy.

I am literally crying in my minivan. The kindness of the two girls that work there, Kylie and Jade, just showed me was absolutely breath taking. I will be making a point to come in here with my pup every time.

My experience here was Good ?? My first i issue was the check out person did not know the dog bed was on sale. Fortunately I had taken a photo of the sale on the sign at the dog beds. So I got the 30% off. My store account did not pull up at checkout, so I I re-re-gistered. I have registered at least 6 times and when I shop there the next time “they” can’t find an account? We were in the store for 30 minutes seriously shopping for several items and were never spoken to or even noticed. I will shop elsewhere next time. There are other options.

I can’t say enough on how thorough, friendly and professional Petco in Abilene, Tx is. I have had such a pleasant experience the two times I went in to shop for a stray cat that showed up to my elder mother’s house. Drew was extremely informative in educating me to all my questions regarding cats and helping me finding the products I needed. Clancy and Odaly also helped me on a separate visit and both were genuinely helpful. I’m certain all of Petco’s staff could help anyone but I must commend these 3 employees for their knowledge, professionalism, and super friendly demeanor in guiding me. The store is super clean with an over abundance of products to choose from.
