Will never be going back to pet smart! They have such a wide range of products for a great price. Brad was super helpful and accommodating and helped us find everything we need. Great store highly recommend!

Twice now I've bought 24 cans of cat food on the buy 3 get one free sale. If you're doing the math, that means I should get 6 cans free since 1/4th of 24 is 6. Twice now both the worker and the manager have said that I get 4 free. Four different workers in this store can't do basic math and it cost me money. I even counted them out, showed him it was 6, he agreed, then told me it's 4. It's only six dollars, so I'm not worried about it, but at this point I gotta think it's intentional.

Brianna is the best employee ever she is so sweet and so kind to my puppy. She does a great job at trimming his nails he has become so comfortable with her!! I refer her to everyone!! THIS GIRL NEEDS A RAISE !!

I got my two gerbils and all of my fish from this store! The workers there were extremely informative and extremely helpful as I was a first time gerbil owner. They helped me pick out the best products to start with and the best habitat decor for the beta as well as how to start both tanks. When I went back for my second gerbil they even taught me a process of bonding gerbils together in a safe way and what to look for when separation is needed. Now my boys Wafer and Oreo are super happy and love their setup 💕.

Fantastic pet self-wash facility. Buy a 5-pass punch card to cut your cost by half compared to pay for each wash as you go. There is an assortment of shampoo and conditioners. The staff clean after each dog. So much better than a mess in your own tub and the leash attached to the wall makes dog wrangling so much easier than at home. I discovered this after one of my dogs thought it was great to lay in a puddle puddle. 30 minutes later she looked shiny and new.
