⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We hosted an ice cream social at JoJo’s for a party of 40, and everything was perfect! Doug, our server, went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. He had orders taken quickly, food served promptly, and all of JoJo’s signature milkshakes delivered in a timely manner without a single issue. We especially appreciated the extra care taken to accommodate one of our girls with a peanut allergy. The staff made sure she could safely enjoy the experience along with everyone else. Thank you, Doug and the entire JoJo’s team, for making our event so easy and memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

My first time at JoJo’s was a great experience! Our server was very on top of everything considering it was Valentine’s Day and they were very busy! The food was good, not the most amazing I’ve ever had but I would go again. We got a birthday cake shake which was amazing! We will definitely be back to try more milkshakes!

I have been wanting to try this place for a few months and it did not disappoint. Vibe was playful including three video game machines. The food was great and tasted homemade. The milkshake was delicious and very festive. Prices were reasonable for downtown Naperville. A full bar was well stocked and you could add a shot to your milkshake if you’re in the mode. A good place for a family or a date night. Worth a visit!

So food wise I tried the Windy City smash burger, Hot Honey Fried Chicken, Tomato Bisque with grill cheese sandwiches. Jojos loaded fries, tower of onion rings, and waffle fries. Had the flight of Hot Chocolate, Chocolate Nirvana Oreo Shake, and the Golden digger. So the Windy City Burger taste great. Cooked correctly and it almost tasted like a Big Mac sauce with just a little bit more sweet. Tower of Onion Rings were overcooked. The flights of Hot Chocolate was fun and for the most part had taste but the look was great. Now the shakes and what they come with our probably the reason why I would come back. Had tons of shakes from original to new. Taste was great and the shakes were big. Place has bathroom and a seating area upstairs which they call the tree house. Decorated very well with Christmas spirit all over. I wished the small games controls would work which is another reason it was fun. No go on the Hot Honey Chicken for me to bland and just not hot at all. The server gave us a decent suggestion but she did say there definitely known for there Shake and hot chocolates.

We stopped by JoJo’s Shake Bar in downtown Naperville after dinner because clearly dessert is a separate stomach and ours were empty. The shakes here are no joke—towering creations piled with whipped cream, toppings, and enough sugar to make you question your life choices. Ours were delicious, fun, and definitely a step above your average milkshake. At around $14 each, they’re more of a splurge than a quick treat, but honestly, you’re paying for both the shake and the whole experience that comes with it. The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, quick, and most importantly, very attentive to our son’s nut allergies. As parents, that level of care really makes the difference. Huge props for that. While we waited, our kids discovered the little arcade corner and instantly disappeared into retro-gaming land. They tag-teamed Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and went head-to-head in NBA Jam (“He’s on fire!” made me feel like I was 12 again). I think there were a couple more games too, but nostalgia had me distracted. Between the shakes, the vibes, and the old-school arcade fun, JoJo’s definitely delivers. Four stars because while the shakes were good, the mountain of whipped cream on top stole the spotlight a little too much for our taste.
