(from Google)We order via food delivery service. I’m very gluten sensitive so I always check gluten-free allergy. The last time we ordered March 19,26 I stepped away from my phone. No message was left informing me of anything.. instead we got this note with my overpriced chicken sandwich w/ caramelized onions on a gluten-free bun. I’ve ordered gluten-free tater tots alone and also pay $2 up charge for tater tots on many occasions. We have never gotten a note like this before. It’s not just an inconvenience! It makes people who are gluten sensitive wonder why they feel so bad and try to pinpoint which food causes unpleasant symptoms? Due to the fact that Jackson Ave consistently forgets our sauces formerly allowed up to 3 sauces now we can only get 1 sauce? Uber Eats would only credit us back $1.54 for our missing Ketchup. My non gluten free husband loves BBQ flatbread & burgers from this restaurant. Going forward we will have to order directly with the restaurant and pick up so we can check our food at the restaurant which isn’t ideal since parking in Downtown Naperville is often difficult to find…
Here’s a clean, polished version of your review with a smooth, engaging flow: ⸻ Walked in and opted for self-seating, which was easy with plenty of open spots. You’ve got great options here—either catch a game on one of the many TVs or enjoy a wide-open view of the sidewalks if you’re into a little people-watching. Service was prompt right from the start. Kicked things off with some light appetizers—fried pickles and bacon-wrapped dates—and both were absolutely worth it. Highly recommended and packed with flavor. For the main course, I went with the Sunny Side Up burger, adding caramelized onions and pepper jack cheese for a little extra kick. The kitchen definitely understood the assignment when I asked for medium—it came out perfectly cooked. Overall, this is a great spot to just kick back and unwind. Whether you’re catching up with a friend or on a first date, the vibe is right—not too crowded, relaxed pace, and easygoing atmosphere. Prices are decent.
Really good spot for food and a drink. Nothing fancy but the service good and the burgers and tots were stupid good. I'd definitely recommend!
This was my first time at the restaurant and they were soooooo amazing. I thought they closed at 10 but the kitchen closed at 9 and I felt awful ordering so close to kitchen closing but they absolutely still delivered. The staff were so accommodating and just really good people. The food was 10/10. I will most certainly be returning because there is more on the menu I NEED to try. Also the nachos are a must-try. I don't even really like pineapple but this was amazing. I truly enjoyed everything here. And the drinks were sublime a well. I had the Santa's mule and it was perfect.
Had to try Naperville’s best rated burger! Went Sunday afternoon about 5pm. Found parking out in front and found seats inside right away. The place was bustling with happy customers. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip for an appetizer. The dip was delicious! Enough for 4 to share, and not get too full before the main course. I ordered the Bourbon Pear Burger, with a salad. The burger did not disappoint. Salad was great too. One person in our party said he always orders salad here, they are his favorite. There are several choices on how to have your burger served. From what I remember you can have a plain bun, wheat bun, pretzel roll, lettuce wrap, or even as a burger bowl. The menu offers several choices for burger toppings as well. They have other protein options on the menu, in case burgers are not your thing. Definitely a place I’ll have to dine at again!
