We have been coming here for more than 9 years first with our cat and then the last few years with our dog as well. We recently had an emergency with our cat where she ate lily leaves. We called and were told yes this is an emergency but they can't see her today. Even though I have had my appointments moved for emergencies before, we were not given that same care. We will be seeking veterinary care elsewhere. P.s. this place seems to be on the more expensive side as well. Quoted us over 3 times more to neuter our dog than where we ended up getting it done.

Highly recommend! We just had our first puppy visit and couldn’t be happier. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and they made our puppy feel comfortable right away. They took the time to answer all our questions and explained everything clearly. Such a great experience — we’re so glad we chose this vet! Dr. Chad Stewart is amazing and truly cares.

Dr. Filbert is truly amazing! Not only is she kind and very compassionate, she is incredibly knowledgeable. Her staff are all equally amazing! If you need a caring, professional and well-educated vet, then you will be wise to take your pets to The Animal Doctor.

They can always get me in and have called me back to check in on whichever of our creatures is the patient that day. We have taken our dogs, reptiles and hamsters there. July/Aug 2023 My elderly mother had a rescue dog and I am now in charge of it since my mother is in memory care. We don’t know a lot of history of the dog, but the Animal Doctor has been amazing. Recently she lost a tooth and got an infection. I didn’t want to put the dog through a huge surgery if it might not live long since it was an arthritic looking old dog. They said it’s up to me, but they thought she would have some time and it would be helpful for her if we chose to do the surgery. It was life-changing for this 4 pound dog who had stopped eating due to gum/mouth pain. She had 18 teeth removed. (1st photo is before surgery) A week after her surgery, she developed an abscess, (2nd photo) which could happen, and they got her right in and on antibiotics immediately. It’s like we have a new dog! (Remaining videos and photos with her 95 year old owner - toothless but eating and so happy again!) A new lease on life which is so important because each day I bring the dog to my mother who is now 95, it is so healing for them both!
