VCA Cypress Creek Animal Hospital

My first visit was made really easy. I received honest and professional service here. They even made personal touches to the experience with my cats names on a welcome board, and a tote bag to carry out prescriptions, paperwork, and not to mention complimentary toys for my 2 cats. This animal hospital has southern charm and a sense of hopitality. 5 out of 5 stars and would recommend. Easy in and out with an appointment for primary care. They weren't pushy salesmen. They suggested what was necessary and gave me options for care. That was so refreshing.

So I could say that Odin is an angel pup who could never do any wrong and he’s just misunderstood. But I’m not that kind of person when it comes to dogs lol Odin is a wild child. He’s extra loud. He’s reactive. & he’s very protective of his family. He scares the daylights out of most people. So much so that it makes his check ups in the clinic SO difficult. But they tolerate his wild self and take good care of him. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about VCA and especially this location. I’m truly grateful for all that you guys do. Thank you for loving our fur babies!

Negative overall experience at this veterinary practice from start to finish. We waited 35 minutes for our appointment while others seemed to be taken right in. Not a good experience for an anxious animal at a vet’s office (nor a good impression for new clients). Staff appeared cold and uncaring and the new vet Dr. Bauman had poor “bedside manner,” was gruff, rough with our dog. We have had pets for over 40 years and used VCAs but will not be returning to this location.

First time at VCA and we loved it. Dr explained everything, gave me different options to try before a more intensive treatment for my dog. I’m sure Milo is very happy that the Dr was able to treat his ear infection as well! Thank you VCA!!!

I really cannot say enough about this veterinarian hospital was the best veterinarian experience I’ve ever had. The place was so nice and clean inside. The people were so friendly. They were not pushy. They did not try to push things on you that you did not need the vet and the Tech were extremely thorough and informative. I even got a goodie bag and I also made another appointment for my other dog within a few days, this is an A+ plus bet I highly recommend thank you VCA Cypress Creek animal Hospital for a great experience.
