Double Bogeys Tavern & Grille

I play golf there quite a bit. The food is very good. The bartender Leah is amazing. She has waited on me a few times. She has a great personality and gives great service. I'm a manager in retail It's hard to find great employees.

It was nice live music. Bartender Rebecca was sweet but the food was fine. Fries were good, Cuban sandwich average and wings were good (not great). Next time I’ll ask for them crispy. If you go maybe just go for the live music and drinks only. There’s also no GF options only salad and wings.

This place is a gem, absolute must if you live anywhere in Lutz/Odessa. Its tucked away in a development with a golf course (inside the club house) so there is a gatehouse, but you just push a button and drive all the way down the main drag. The food is much better than average bar fare, prices are very reasonable and servers are friendly. They do a lot of specials and events during the week and have good bands weekends. The patio in the back is dog friendly (but you need to go to bar for food and drinks). If you go during peak times be patient - they can be a little backed up for orders and sometimes feel a little short staffed, but my hope is that as word spreads about this place, that gets sorted out. All I can say is we've always had good service and enjoyed every meal there!

I had an outstanding experience at Double Bogeys, and I have to give special praise to the evening bar servers, who truly made the night exceptional. Especially Katie and Aileen! Their service was not only fast and attentive, but delivered with a level of genuine care and positivity that’s rare to find. From the moment I sat down, they made me feel welcome—engaging without being intrusive, upbeat without feeling forced, and impressively knowledgeable about both the menu and drink selections. They kept the atmosphere warm and lively, checked in at all the right moments, and handled everything with an effortless professionalism that elevated the entire experience. The food and drinks were great, but the attitude, energy, and top-notch service from the bar staff are what set Double Bogeys apart. They turned a good evening into a memorable one. Highly recommend—Double Bogeys is lucky to have such outstanding people behind the bar.

We had a great night at Double Bogey. Went to see the band, Noodles Magoo and ended up having dinner and staying for drinks. The servers were wonderful. Ruby, Sara and Rebecca were working hard to make sure everyone was having a great time. We'll definitely be back whenever there are bands we like!
