I’m really leaving this for the pharmacy. I just want to suggest as part of the delivery service to incorporate a cheap customer facing tracker. It is so cheap and a few missed deliveries would pay for itself. I know you can’t give times of delivery but we could check ourselves and remain available when close. Sometimes we aren’t involved in the order process and wait all day for meds that aren’t scheduled until evening. With terminal illnesses there are still good days and bad days and to waist a good day waiting it would mean a lot to your patients/customers as well. I really do think the cost could be offset between gas savings hourly rates or trip labor cost. Pharmacy staff on phone with maybe inquiring or upset customers that didn’t get meds. Just a recommendation to think about.

I’ve been using Perrone Pharmacy for the past six months, always friendly, fills my prescriptions quickly, helpful if I have any questions and has a great front end. Always recommending shopping local.

I was a regular for the past year and a half or more and had no real complaints minus the one time they made a mistake with my dosage but was easily forgivable because I geniunely got along with and appreciated the staff at Perrone but this past week I was targeted by this one pharmacist that publicly shamed and humiliated me in front of staff and customers by being accusatory without any semblance of empathy or care for me as a patient or as a human being. To explain I was stigmatized and mistreated after returning from a mental hospital/rehabilitation clinic where the lead pharmacist here showed obvious prejudice towards me treating me as if I was some sort of criminal or up to no good with no evidence except the fact I had stayed at a hospital the week prior. I was called on Friday to learn that my prescription was ready for pickup so I ordered an Uber only to have a callback right after saying "nevermind" that the lead pharmacist is putting a hold on my medication til the day after my refill date on the fifth. It was too late to cancel the Uber so I wasted my time and money taking the trip over there to maybe talk with the pharmacist to figure out what was going on only to be told off by that same lead pharmacist who was immediately hostile to me and seemingly had baseless assumptions about me enough to talk over me and cut me off when trying to reason with her so she could flat out deny me my medication until the fifth completed disregarding anything I said before just walking away. Next day on saturday I had called due to me wondering if the Lead pharmacist had mispoken and actually meant the 4th as thats the refill date on my script bottle so I called and they told me that the lead pharmacist wrote a note telling all staff to withold my medication until the day after my actual refill date which clarified my quandary so I patientally waited til Monday the 5th to pick up my prescription as I was told as I didn't want any trouble and was stressed enough. Today I went in to pick up my medication and the same lead pharmacist went out of her way to take over the register I was waiting at when I approached and while I told her "good morning" she cut me off and said "remember me?" smugly saying that she's the one that put the hold on my medication and I acknowledged that I was aware but decided to not escalate things to let bygones be bygones so I could get my prescription and go but she insisted on being hostile towards me and tore into me about how she "knew" I was conspiring behind her back to get my medication before the date she enforced the hold on which seemed absurd and paranoid so I politely told her she was mistaken which she brought up how I called on Saturday trying to get my meds which I denied and clarified that I was merely trying to make sure if I was supposed to pick up my medication on the 4th as stated on the bottle or the 5th like she told me. She got very emotional and heated and flat out told me I was lying and that she hears everything that goes on the pharmacy so I requested she play back my phone call because I wasn't going to be accused and mistreated when I hadn't done anything wrong. She then cut me off again and told me to "find a new pharmacy" and that I'm not welcome there anymore. If there is video feed of the interaction I promise you'll see I remained respectful and compliant despite this woman's abhorrent behavior towards me and I've been a regular at this pharmacy for over a year or two without any issue until this past week as soon as I got back from the hospital for issues completely unrelated to anything regarding my prescriptions or any illicit substances. I have no record of mishandling or misusing my prescriptions nor have I ever had any record of using illegal substances so this stigma this woman has towards me due to my stay at the hospital or otherwise is completely unfounded. I can't help but regret spending this past year recommending what I thought was a geniunely welcoming pharmacy to so many of my peers and it's a shame.

Great pharmacy! They have a lot of new faces but they still get to know you by name. It's important to feel comfortable and confident in your medical decisions including medications. I feel like this pharmacy makes their customers a top priority and work hard to accommodate all of the customers needs. I am most grateful that there is still a pharmacy that takes the time and effort to pick up the telephone and deal with insurance companies.

Terrible pharmacy that has no empathy for patients. They don’t read their prescription that is being sent to them and fills whatever they want to fill and then when they are told about their mistake they just brush it off. I have never seen a more incompetent bunch of people and I will never send my patients to them if this is how they conduct business. Just pathetic with no empathy Edit: I just had a call from the office manager and she was wonderful to talk to. The only reason I would go back to Perrone is because of Heather the office manager at Perrone. Thank you Heather for following up with my patient.
