Hard Rock Cafe

Had a great experience at Hard Rock Cafe Ponce! The live rock music was LOUD, but honestly, I absolutely loved it—it added so much energy and fun to the atmosphere. You’re at a casino, so if loud music isn’t your thing, this might not be the place for you. The service was quick and friendly, which made the experience even better. My only complaint was that the wings were salty as heck, definitely more seasoned than I would have liked. Other than that, everything was enjoyable and the vibe was exactly what I was looking for. I’d definitely come back for the atmosphere and great service!

We had an enjoyable lunch at Hard Rock Cafe. Service was great, food was good. I’ll return to try the burgers. The carrot cake was delicious.

We were seated quickly, which was great. However, it took a while for our server to take our order, and they weren’t aware of the discount available when purchasing a Hurricane glass with a drink, which caused some confusion. The food was tasty, and the entertainment was lively and enjoyable. One downside was the washroom situation, there was only one stall each for men and women, leading to a queue. I eventually had to use the restroom in the hotel lobby. Overall, it was a good experience with a few areas that could be improved.

I was intrigued to try the new seasonal burgers. I tried the Bucharest Romania Burger and I was not disappointed, I loved the mix of all its ingredients. We visited the restaurant at lunch time, super quiet and clean. The service was good, but could improve. Overall we had a good time.
