Waited 4.5 hours as a walkin for vaccines as recommended and still wasn’t seen. Asked about how long it would take and they told me they have no idea. Edited : was called about an hour after leaving and offered a room to come back and get taken care of. Staff was helpful DVM was thorough.

Took amazing care of my cat who needed an echocardiogram. The staff were so nice and supportive. They answered every concern I had with confidence. I wish I wasn’t moving soon, I feel like I just found the best vet practice in El Paso.

From the moment we arrived and they saw how severely sick my baby Saige was, they took her in immediately and began providing the care she needed. Dr. Ramirez and Alexis were incredibly kind, compassionate, and transparent every step of the way, making sure I understood what was happening and what needed to be done. Saige is currently recovering from pneumonia, and I’m beyond grateful to TLC for the quick action, care, and support that helped save her life

I took my dog Pancho to TLC last year for a rattlesnake bite and yesterday I had my dog Sophie spayed. They are super-kind and compassionate to animals and the vets and staff are 1st class. If you come in as a walk-in there could be a wait since they are often busy but that's understandable.

Great vet service, they really care about the health of my Lucy! I'm very pleased with the clinic staff and doctors! They professionally follow up and sent me a guide to be able to choose a healthier food for my dogs! All in all I'm very satisfied! Thank you very much! 💖
