I had an awesome experience buying a Pleco fish today. The staff were friendly ANd very helpful. I would definitely recommend this pet store location to anyone.

I’m honestly really upset about my experience with Jennifer at Petco. When I picked up my dog, I immediately noticed multiple areas of redness, raw skin, and what look like burns on his body that were NOT there before his appointment. This is completely unacceptable. My dog went in healthy and came out hurt. There’s no reason a basic grooming appointment should leave a dog with injuries like this. It’s really concerning and shows a lack of care. I’m going to be taking him to the vet to get this checked out and will be following up about what happened. I also have photos documenting everything. I strongly recommend people double check their pets after grooming here. I trusted them with my dog’s safety, and now I’m dealing with the aftermath of this.

Staff was so nice and helpful! Went to buy my pup some toys for Christmas and there was a great sale, they went over all the rewards and such with me. Great experience at this location as a shopper! ❤️🐾

I was in a difficult situation. My mother's dogs badly needed a nail trim and a bath. I was unable to transport all three dogs at one time so I called this location to see if I could walk in with each at separate times. I spoke to Mariah in the grooming section and she made a same day appointment for one but said I could drop off the others as I picked up the first one. This was my first time at Petco so I was impressed with the friendly reception when I walked in the store. Mariah did a fantastic job and even helped me download the app. I was treated as if my continued business was very important. If I was in a position to hire someone for my own retail business, I would do my best to have Mariah come work for me and impress my customers. I would even want her to train others in customer service. I now have three clean happy dogs and intend to tell my friends and neighbors about this place. Well done!

Sent my two senior dogs there to be groomed. Upon completion the assigned groomer proceeds to advise that I send them to a veterinarian to be groomed. I asked for a summer cut and my dog’s back was shaved bald. Her hair is growing back in, but it looks terrible. We will never go back.
