Pet Paradise Ft. Myers

We've used both the day camp and boarding options. Both have been great experiences. Our pup loves his time there and the staff all know him. It makes us happy to know he's well taken care of and enjoys his time away from home. We recently used their training program (28 days) and are very pleased with the work Mallory did. Our dog just turned 1, so he is still very much a puppy, but he's great on a lead, not over-reactive to other dogs, and pretty good at following commands (he's still got lots of puppy energy, so it's a work in progress). Mallory checks in with us, especially when he's at day camp, asking how he's doing and offering advice. Every graduate of the training program gets discounted rates, which is a super plus! Highly recommend day camp, boarding and training.

We always have the BEST experience and I can’t recommend this resort enough! We’ve been with this resort for the past few years. The VIP camera access is such a game changer—we loved being able to check in and see everything, and it gives us so much peace of mind. Getting to see all the sweet moments (especially the snuggles 🥹) always makes us feel so connected even when we weren’t there. You can truly tell how much love and care goes into everything. The photos and updates were amazing, and it’s obvious our dogs are treated like family.

Pet Paradise Granada Lakes is truly the best. We’ve boarded our dog Clover here many times each year, and every single visit has been perfect. The staff is caring, attentive, and always makes us feel completely at ease. Last month was Clover’s birthday, and they even threw her a little celebration and shared the sweetest photos with us. It meant so much. It’s rare to find a place that treats your pet like family, but Pet Paradise absolutely does.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Pet Paradise! Kenobi first went there for training with Mal, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. Mal is truly incredible with dogs — patient, knowledgeable, and so in tune with their personalities. She made the training process positive and fun, and we saw such great progress. It’s clear she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in the results. Kenobi also goes regularly for day camp, and he has an absolute blast every time. He gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot! He’s made so many new friends and always comes home happy and tired from a full day of play. We’ve also used their boarding services occasionally, and it gives us so much peace of mind knowing he’s in such attentive, caring hands. The staff in general are amazing — they’re friendly, welcoming, and truly attentive to the dogs. You can tell the dogs are well cared for and loved. We’re so grateful to have found a place where Kenobi is treated like family. Highly recommend Pet Paradise to anyone looking for training, day camp, or boarding!

I had my two dachshunds stay here for the holiday for the first time. They had a patio suite and one on one play, they came home happy and seemed to be well taken care of. We had an issue with the invoice at the end of the stay and got it resolved, the manager went out of the way to review the issue and make improvements to make sure there is not communication issues again.
