Left our dog here while we were out of town and everything went smoothly. Jess was amazing, and our pup seemed well taken care of. No complaints, 10/10—would use them again.

This is the best cut my Mia has had! She was quite shaggy over the holidays And I know she can be a diva so I appreciate they took their time and patience with her because she does not like being bathed or groomed. My mom said the groomer mentioned "she does not like being groomed" ...so thank you to the groomer! She can be a handful but never bites...just acts like she is being tortured. I know from personal experience as well. I finally gave up grooming her myself as it would simply take me too long. She looks really cute! Fantastic groom. Thank you!

Schnauzer cuts are not easy but Su did so great! Cut him exactly how I asked and he came back looking brand new and smelling so clean. Not to mention it was a great price for the grooming service. Highly recommend this place and they don’t have the longest waiting list ever, they got him in right away. Will be coming back every 8 weeks for his regular grooming.

I have a 14 year old small breed who EVERY SINGLE GROOMER for 14 years has said she is the sweetest. I have other animals, kids who can be rough with her. My son has throw her around, played rough since he was born for over a decade. She has NEVER bit or would. She is maybe 6lbs or less and we tried this groomer for the first time today. We were charged $30 more because she was AGGRESSIVE AND BIT THE GROOMER MULTIPLE TIMES. This didn’t happen! They just wanted to charge more. They did not call to tell me they were having problem, they didn’t tell my husband when he went to pick her up either. Unfortunately, I normally do the pick ups and my husband didn’t know that they charged over. I called and was told that’s what they charge for aggressive dogs. Again, my dog isn’t aggressive and has never been a day in her life. When my husband picked her up he called me not about the price but because our dog was acting like she was beaten. He said her head was down, she wasn’t excited to see him..where as normally she is excited to be done, excited to go the bathroom, excited to be going home. DO NOT TRUST THIS GROOMER. I feel like my dog was abused today and treated poorly. To add insult to injury..the owners knows and didn’t bother to call. They shut their phones down and left at 1:30pm. So not only did they not care they charged too much, they didn’t care I was a new customer nor that I was concerned about my pet. Again, DONT GO HERE. They scam you and must be way to rough.

I was able to get an appointment within a few days of me calling. Which was a huge relief because I had called several other places that were booked up for many weeks. This was my first time trying this groomer and I was so so happy with it! The staff was extremely friendly and had great communication for updates on reminders of when the appointment was and texting and calling to let me know when the dog was ready for pick up. They followed my instructions to a T without any sort of negative feedback. I love how my Maltese turned out! I will definitely be going back.
