Chazz Warner Adriana and her team are always helpful, always professional and personable. It is our neighborhood dog house for kibble, can and treats.

Camara loves visiting Kriser's South Loop. They are always so welcoming to her, and they are knowledgeable when answering my questions. We are frequent visitors and Cammy wouldn't have it any other way. Kriser's carries her favorite frozen raw food and the best snacks that have her going wild to show off her many trick abilities the moment we get home (if she can wait).

I moved away from Chicago for about 2 years and just came back recently. I have been here before and I have to say that this is the pet barber shop I am most satisfied with, so I still choose this place after I come back, but this will be the last time I choose this terrible place, because this place is completely different from the previous store. First of all, the staff at the front desk，I made an appointment over the phone for my Eskimo，I chose the Full Service Groom and Premium Shampoo Upgrade,, Deodorizing Package, All Natural De-Shed Package, Seasonal Spa Package.When I checked out, I was told by the front desk staff that I only had a groom and a haircut for my dog. When I asked why my dog ​​wasn't getting other services he actually told me he didn't know. You shouldn’t work here if you don’t know why didn’t the guest enjoy the service he reserved in advance dude! Please stop your daily laziness and give this job to more professional people ！What surprised me the most was when I saw my dog ​​she had all her hair shaved off，It's unbelievable that someone would cut off all of Eskimo's hair when grooming her，I found photos for groomer before he start and told him this what I want ！And this for Mr.Malik ，I saw on your website that you have been in this industry for 3 years but a nice Groomer needs to have the most basic aesthetics，The first photo below is from when I was here before and the second photo is from when I was here today. Her body shape hasn't changed at all. I can't even believe this was made in the same store .I don't know what happened to this store, but if this kind of store can open, then everyone can. This is no longer the Kriser it used to be.

My baby Bagel had his hair cut today and was very satisfied (and so was I)! The price was reasonable, and Bagel’s groomer, Cris, did her job wonderfully. We will definitely visit again.
